We want you to love your Paddle T-Shirts Club gear. Because each item is made to order, we only offer returns or refunds for products that arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective.
🛠 Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong design or size from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@paddletees.com with a clear photo of the issue.
We’ll review it and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Since all products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Wrong size, color, or change of mind

Gift cards
Please double-check your size and details before placing your order.
🔁 Refunds
Once your return is approved, we’ll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please reach out to us at support@paddletees.com.
📦 Return Address
If we authorize a return, we’ll provide the proper return shipping address.
Please do not send items back to the printing or shipping facility without contacting us first — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
