When will my order ship?
Every shirt is made to order — that’s how we keep things sustainable and personal.
Production usually takes 2–5 business days, then your order ships right out!
How long will it take to arrive?
Once your order ships:

U.S. orders: usually arrive in 3–7 business days

Canada & International orders: about 7–20 business days
You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.
Who makes and ships my order?
Our print-on-demand partner Printify handles fulfillment using trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and DHL.
Do you offer free shipping?
Sometimes! Keep an eye out for free shipping promos — we announce them right on the site and in our emails.
What if I typed the wrong address?
No worries — just email us at support@paddletees.com ASAP.
If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll fix it.
If it’s already on its way, we can resend it once it returns to us (extra shipping costs may apply).
My package is delayed or missing — what do I do?
Carriers sometimes take the scenic route.
If your package hasn’t shown up after 15 business days (U.S.) or 30 business days (international), reach out to support@paddletees.com and we’ll help track it down or arrange a replacement if needed.
